Most charging infrastructure assumes grid capacity and charging demand arrive together. The Virtos Heavy Fleet Charging Platform does not.
DC-coupled storage is integrated natively, so the site draws on stored energy to meet demand above the instantaneous grid import limit. Multi-megawatt sites become viable on constrained feeders, without the upgrade, the cost or the wait.
The Virtos Heavy Fleet Charging Platform is standardised and factory-built, optimised for multi-megawatt sites.
Power is pooled once and shared across every dispenser rather than duplicated at each one, so fewer components do more work. That lowers hardware cost, installation cost and lifetime cost.
Capacity is then added in modular blocks, so the platform scales in step with the fleet and your cost per megawatt falls as you grow.
Every Virtos Heavy Fleet Charging Platform is configured to the site's anticipated demand profile, then built from modular blocks on a long-life backbone.
Grid connection, battery and charge array have a long design life. Dispensers are designed to be changed, so the site keeps pace as vehicle types, connector standards and charging windows shift.
Reliability is designed into the platform rather than bolted onto it.
Redundancy runs through every layer, so critical systems operate with no single point of failure and the platform can stay online even during service.
Industrial-grade hardware is rated for continuous high-load operation and validated by proprietary simulation before it reaches site.
Real-time telemetry and a live digital twin drive predictive maintenance, and secure over-the-air updates keep every site current without a truck roll.
